Welcome to the Thoroughbred Industry Employee Awards, sponsored by Godolphin.

With £128,500 in prize money, the Thoroughbred Industry Employee Awards, sponsored by Godolphin and organised by the British Horseracing Authority celebrate and recognise the remarkable dedication and commitment of those working at the heart of British Horseracing.  These hard-working employees provide the best possible care to our horses and people.

The 2026 awards will be held at Ascot Racecourse on Monday 23 February – where the winners and runners up will be unveiled at a prestigious ceremony. A live stream of the awards will be available to watch here from 6.45pm on 23 February – so please tune in.

There are six  award categories to be won as well as the overall Employee of the Year and over £128,000 in prize money!  These awards celebrate and recognise the remarkable dedication and commitment of those working at the heart of British racing and who provide the best possible care to our horses and people.
